我厂共有4台75m~2烧结机,每台配备一台6500主风机抽送烟气。该风机性能差、能耗大,因而不能适应烧结生产日益发展的需要。经研究认为:如能将风机的负压提高到12748~13729Pa,风量增加到6500~7000m~3/min,则不仅可以将料层厚度提高到400~410mm,还可提高烧结矿产量和质量,降低固体燃料的消耗。1987年,我们结合烧结机中修,对2号主风机进行了技术改造,经过将近9个月的运转使用,表明改造取得了明显的效果。 1.改造的理论依据 德国Carl Pfleiderer教授认为,计算离心式流体机械时,应用公式计算最为妥善。于是我们应用通风机和其他透平机械的基本方程式的导出公式来进行计算(参看图1):
