目的为化学品皮肤腐蚀性分类提供有效可靠的体外替代检测方法。方法使用EpiSkin ~(TM)重组人皮肤模型,对已知分类类别的标准参考物以及未知分类类别的化学物质进行检测,评估其在化学品皮肤腐蚀性分类中的应用。结果标准参考物二氯乙酰氯分类为1A类,乙醛酸一水合物分类为1B/1C类,分类结果与已知分类一致。无磷转化膜为非腐蚀性物质,防腐剂为1B/1C类。结论 EpiSkin ~(TM)重组人皮肤模型测试方法适用于化学品腐蚀性分类评估。
Objective To provide an effective and reliable in vitro alternative detection method for chemical skin corrosive classification. Methods The EpiSkin ~ (TM) recombinant human skin model was used to detect the chemical components of known classification categories and chemicals of unknown classification to evaluate their application in the classification of chemical skin corrosion. Results The standard reference dichloroacetyl chloride was classified as category 1A and glyoxylic acid monohydrate was classified as category 1B / 1C. The classification results were consistent with the known classification. Non-phosphorus conversion coating is non-corrosive substances, preservatives 1B / 1C category. Conclusion The EpiSkin ~ (TM) recombinant human skin model test method is suitable for the assessment of chemical corrosivity.
