目的分析整理一年级护生的两周临床见习日记,了解学生的真实体验及主观评价,为规范临床见习、改进护理实践教学提供依据。方法采用现象学研究法,对58名学生的两周见习日记按类属分析法进行整理。结果中职护生见习中在专业认识、职业情感、人际关系、适应性方面都有正性和负性两方面的体验。结论中职一年级护生的见习体验有其自身特点,教师可根据这一特点,加强实践前中后针对性指导,激发其正性体验,帮助其应对、纠正负性体验。
Objective To analyze and summarize the two-week clinical probationary diary of first-year nursing students, to understand the students’ real experience and subjective evaluation, to provide basis for standardizing clinical probation and improving nursing practice teaching. Methods Using the method of phenomenological research, the diary of 58 weeks ’two weeks’ apprenticeship was sorted out by the method of generic analysis. Results Secondary nursing students had both positive and negative experiences in professional experience, occupational emotion, interpersonal relationship and adaptability. Conclusion According to this trait, teachers can strengthen the practical guidance before the middle and late stages, stimulate their positive experiences and help them cope with and correct their negative experiences.
