为探讨混杂纤维对喷射混凝土的力学性能影响,分别对双掺仿钢纤维与聚丙烯纤维、双掺钢纤维与仿钢纤维喷射混凝土的抗压强度、抗折强度和折压比进行试验研究,并将其与基准组、单掺纤维组的力学性能进行比较。结果表明,混杂纤维喷射混凝土较单掺纤维时的抗压强度、抗折强度及折压比均有明显提高,并能充分发挥混杂纤维的叠加效应。其中,掺量为0.7%的钢纤维与掺量为0.3%的仿钢纤维混掺时的强度及折压比为最优,并能有效弥补钢纤维易锈蚀、质量大和造价高等不足。
In order to study the effect of hybrid fibers on the mechanical properties of shotcrete, the compressive strength, flexural strength and folding ratio of two kinds of imitation steel fiber and polypropylene fiber, double-doped steel fiber and imitation steel fiber shotcrete were studied respectively. And compared with the baseline group, single-doped fiber group mechanical properties were compared. The results show that the compressive strength, flexural strength and folding ratio of hybrid fiber sprayed concrete are obviously improved compared with single fiber, and the superposition effect of hybrid fibers can be fully exerted. Among them, the strength and the folding ratio of the steel fiber with the content of 0.7% and the imitation steel fiber with the content of 0.3% are the best, and can effectively make up the steel fiber easy to rust, high quality and high cost.
