哺乳类中枢神经系统 (CNS)干细胞是具有自我更新能力及多分化潜能的祖细胞。它可以产生CNS内不同种类细胞 (包括神经元、星形胶质细胞和少突胶质细胞 )。它在体内或体外 ,自行增殖 ,此即为“自我更新”。近年来 ,由于选择性培养方法的改进和选择性标记物检查CNS干细胞等技术的应用 ,使干细胞生物学取得了长足进步。现就CNS干细胞的细胞生物方法学及可分辨细胞系的发育机制进行综述
Mammalian central nervous system (CNS) stem cells are progenitor cells that have self-renewal and multi-differentiation potential. It produces different kinds of cells (including neurons, astrocytes and oligodendrocytes) in the CNS. It proliferates itself in vivo or in vitro, which is known as “self-renewal.” In recent years, stem cell biology has made great strides due to the improvement of selective culturing methods and the application of selective markers such as CNS stem cells. A review is given on the cell biological methods of CNS stem cells and the developmental mechanisms of distinguishable cell lines
