要 :电磁阀门壳体的泄漏现象一直是困扰其质量的主要问题。电磁阀门壳体是由多条焊缝连接而成的焊接件 ,由于其结构复杂 ,用常规无损检测方法很难得到有效的结果。介绍声发射技术对阀门壳体进行检测的具体方法 ,对于波形数据和提高小尺寸阀门壳体的检测定位精度等相关技术问题进行了讨论 ,总结了电磁阀门壳体声发射检测的相关试验数据 ,为阀门质量的控制和声发射检测方法的广泛应用提供了判断依据。
