本文对茶中铅的含量作了测定,同时对茶叶、茶末和茶液中某些金属的分布情况也进行了研究。检品经硝-硫酸湿式消化后,以四氢化吡咯硫化甲酸胺(ammonium pyrrolidine dithiolormate)与铅、镍、镉等金属络合,再用4甲基-戊烷-2-酮(MIBK)提取,最后用原子吸收分光光度法测定。重复测定后,发现某些样品的铅含量差异较大,(从<0.2~25.0mg/kg),经分析证明这是由于茶叶内混有含高铅成份的尘粒所致。
In this paper, the content of lead in tea was determined, and the distribution of some metals in tea, tea and tea liquid was also studied.
