在大学体育课程的教学过程中,教师要抓住大学生的身心发展特点,对学生进行全方位的体育技能训练和开展大学体育有效活动,构建大学体育课堂教学评价指标体系,让每一个学生都积极主动地参与到课堂的学习和评估过程中,加深对体育技能知识的理解和运用,强化自身技能和运动方法,训练身体机能和身心健康素质的发展,不断提高综合能力。本文主要根据大学体育课程的教学和实施内容,对大学课程的教学方法和教学评价指标体系的构建模式进行一些探讨和分析。
