When people enter an unprecedented era of treatment of mucopolysaccharidosis (MPS), there is an urgent need for clinicians to diagnose the disease early. Biochemical monitoring of any treatment is necessary. In summary, the goal is to determine the normal range of urinary oligosaccharides to identify MPS patients. Mucopolysaccharide-derived oligosaccharide analysis was performed on 94 urine samples by electrospray ionization-linked mass spectrometry analysis, of which 68 of the 94 samples were from MPS patients and 26 from the control group, A group of patients with oligosaccharides compared with the control group patients. The rank sum U-test was used to measure differences in each analyte between the patient group and the control group. And urine taken continuously several times after the patient’s previous urine sample and bone marrow transplant
