食源性寄生虫病是指一组通过食用被寄生虫感染或污染的食物而传播的疾病。近几年来,随着人们生活水平的不断提高,食谱的扩展,饮食习惯的改变,食源性寄生虫病的发病率明显上升,已成为影响中国食品安全和人民健康的主要因素之一。卫生部2001年6月~2004年在全国31个省、自治区、直辖市组织开展的人体重要寄生虫病现状调查的结果显示,在我国感染率明显升高的食源性寄生虫病有华支睾吸虫病、卫氏并殖吸虫病、带绦虫病、猪囊尾蚴病、旋毛虫病、弓形虫病和管圆线虫病等。流行病学调查证实,食生的或不熟的哺乳动物肉可引起带绦虫病、猪囊尾蚴病、旋毛虫病和弓形虫病等;食生的或不熟的淡水生物类可引起华支睾吸虫病、卫氏并殖吸虫病和管圆线虫病等。为预防食源性寄生虫的感染,必须养成良好的饮食习惯,不进食生的或未烧熟煮透的食物;应注意个人卫生和食品操作卫生;不用生鲜品喂饲猫、犬;避免与宠物猫、狗的亲密接触。

Epidemiological investigation confirmed that raw or unfamiliar mammalian meat can cause taeniasis, cysticercosis, trichinosis and toxoplasmosis, etc .; edible or unfamiliar freshwater organisms can cause Hua branch Testis, schizophrenia and paragonimiasis. In order to prevent the infection of food-borne parasites, we must develop a good diet, do not eat raw or uncooked cooked food; should pay attention to personal hygiene and food hygiene; do not feed fresh cats and dogs; Avoid contact with pet cats and dogs.
