随着我国经济的高速发展,现在企业项目的制度还有自身管理机制的不断完善和发展,项目管理这一管理理念引起了越来越多公司的重视。万事开头难,对于项目管理同样如此,现在大部分的企业都是摸着石头过河,走一步算一步,对于项目的管理还有形成自己的独到的管理理念和管理体系。随着企业的不断壮大,他们也逐渐意识到了问题的严重性,所以公司内部一半都会成立一个项目管理协会,但是由于这些人员没有专业方面的知识,有没有前人的经验和借鉴,现在在项目管理体系上很难达到认同,在以前他们的不断实践过程中也形成了几种项目管理体系,例如“八层级”、“六系统”等等。这研究主要针对新企业新项目的未来新项目的管理体系给出一些切实可行的意见并指出现在项目管理体系的缺点。

The research mainly gives some practical advice on the management system of new projects in the new enterprise and points out the shortcomings of the current project management system.
