目的研究附睾发育过程中Ⅳ型胶原和层粘连蛋白(liaminin,LN)的定位和分布。方法应用生物素-抗生物素DCS体系间接免疫荧光染色技术。结果15d幼鼠附睾基膜内Ⅳ型胶原和LN荧光强度较弱;3个月成年鼠附睾基膜内Ⅳ型胶原和LN荧光强度最强;18个月老年鼠附睾基膜内Ⅳ型胶原和LN荧光强度比3个月弱。3月龄成年小鼠附睾各部分的荧光强度从头部至尾部呈逐渐增强的趋势。结论小鼠附睾内的细胞外基质成分可能与附睾各部分功能状态有密切关系。
Objective To study the localization and distribution of type Ⅳ collagen and laminin (LN) during the development of epididymis. Methods Indirect immunofluorescence staining with biotin-biotin DCS system was applied. Results The fluorescence intensity of type Ⅳ collagen and LN in the epididymal membrane of 15-day-old young rats was weak. The fluorescence intensity of type Ⅳ collagen and LN in epididymal membrane was strongest in 3-month-old adult rats. LN fluorescence intensity is weaker than 3 months. The fluorescence intensity of the epididymis of 3-month-old adult mice gradually increased from head to tail. Conclusion The extracellular matrix components in mouse epididymis may be closely related to the functional status of each part of epididymis.
