目的:研究绞股蓝提取物对60Co射线辐射损伤小鼠的影响。方法:采用健康小鼠作为实验对象,绞股蓝提取物绞股蓝总苷灌胃给药,使用60Co作为辐射源制备辐射损伤模型,采取眼眶取血计数外周血白细胞和淋巴细胞数。取肝组织测定其蛋白质、MDA含量及SOD、GSH活性。观察绞股蓝提取物对辐射小鼠的保护作用。结果:绞股蓝提取物能减轻辐射小鼠白细胞、淋巴细胞数量,减轻辐射对肝脏合成功能的损伤,增加SOD、GSH活性,降低MDA含量。结论:湖南麓山制药出品的绞股蓝提取物—绞股蓝总苷颗粒对辐射损伤的小鼠具有保护作用,其保护机制可能与绞股蓝总苷抗氧化作用有关。
Objective: To study the effects of Gynostemma pentaphyllum extract on 60Co-irradiated mice. Methods: Healthy mice were used as experimental subjects. Gynostemma pentaphyllum polysaccharides were administered intragastrically. 60Co was used as a radiation source to prepare a radiation injury model. Peripheral blood leukocytes and lymphocytes were counted by orbital blood sampling. Liver tissue was taken to measure the protein, MDA content and SOD, GSH activity. To observe the protective effect of Gynostemma extract on irradiated mice. Results: Gynostemma extract could reduce the number of leucocytes and lymphocytes in irradiated mice, lessen the damage of liver synthesis by radiation, increase the activity of SOD and GSH, and decrease the content of MDA. Conclusion: Gynostemma pentaphyllum extract from Gansu Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Hunan Province, has a protective effect on mice with radiation-induced injury. The protective mechanism may be related to the anti-oxidative effect of gypenosides.
