在荷重还原条件下研究了H_2S气体对7种工业球团矿和一种纯赤铁矿球团高温软熔性能的影响。研究结果表明:含有H_2S的还原气体对球团矿的高温性能会带来不利的影响。例如:在35%CO—65%N_2的混合气体中仅含0.1%的H_2S,尽管它并不影响还原速度,但是由于软化会明显地增加球团矿的收缩速度,通过实验研究发现,FeS能与FeO形成低熔点共晶体液相,这是引起球团矿收缩的主要原因。
The effects of H 2 S gas on the high-temperature reflow properties of seven kinds of industrial pellets and a pure hematite pellet were investigated under load reduction conditions. The results show that the reducing gas containing H 2 S will adversely affect the high temperature performance of pellets. For example, only 0.1% H 2 S in the mixed gas of 35% CO-65% N 2, although it does not affect the reduction speed, can obviously increase the shrinkage rate of the pellets due to the softening. Through experimental study, it is found that FeS The formation of low melting point eutectic liquid phase with FeO, which is the main cause of pellet shrinkage.
