在中学教育中,班主任不仅作为班级的管理者,而且还是学生在学校的精神支柱。现如今的学生不断的追求个性化,追求自我认知能力,这也就意味着中学班主任不能再以传统的方法进行班级管理,而以改变以往的教育方法。班主任可以通过情感教育方法,不断的关注学生的自我成长,加强与学生之间的交流沟通,从而帮助他们树立一种健康的独立个性。本文重点分析了初中班主任情感教育方法。
In secondary education, the headteacher is not only the manager of the class, but also the spiritual pillar of the student at school. Today’s students continue to pursue the individual, the pursuit of self-cognitive ability, which means that high school class teacher can no longer use the traditional methods of class management, but to change the previous education methods. The teacher in charge of class can help students establish a healthy and independent personality by means of emotional education, paying close attention to students’ self-growth, and enhancing communication with students. This article focuses on the emotional education of middle school teacher.
