In recent years, the output of our high-speed steel tends to decline. The direct factors that affect the production of high-speed steel are the high cost and the low percentage of finished products. Yield rate is a long time no less difficult problem, because of its composition by the steel, smelting process, processing technology, heat treatment process, equipment capacity and personnel constraints. We mainly start from W_9Mo_3Cr_4V steel components.
