玉1X井是海南福山油田的第一口海油陆采预探定向井,完钻井深4994m,最大井斜54.18°/2801.75m,2532.28m。该井使用50电动钻机施工,负荷已达钻机上限,施工难度极大,这对钻井液性能要求极为苛刻,本井从2900米将聚磺钻井液体系转换为复合有机盐钻井液体系,利用复合有机盐钻井液体系的抑制性能强、防塌性能好、润滑性能突出、流变性好、腐蚀性小、污染小等特点,并且适当的复配了SMP-2和SPNH等材料,有效地改善了泥饼质量,提升了封堵性能,为玉1X井顺利完井提供了强有力的技术保障。
