本实验利用体外培养心肌细胞的方法,研究了心肌缺氧再给氧损伤的形态学变化和中药生脉散的保护作用。实验发现缺氧再给氧能引起心肌细胞挛缩,超微结构表现为肌原纤维断裂,挛缩带形成,钙盐沉积。乳酸脱氢酶释放增加。生脉散能明显减轻上述改变,稳定心肌细胞的形态,对缺氧再给氧损伤具有良好的保护作用。
In this study, we used the method of culturing cardiomyocytes in vitro to study the morphological changes of myocardial reoxygenation injury and the protective effect of Shengmai Powder. The experiment found that hypoxia and reoxygenation can cause myocardial cell contracture, ultrastructure showed myofibrillar rupture, contracture zone formation, calcium deposition. Lactate dehydrogenase release increased. Shengmai powder can significantly reduce the above changes, the stability of myocardial cell morphology, hypoxia reoxygenation injury has a good protective effect.
