由于铁路机车车辆速度的提高,使通过曲线时的离心力、振动也随之增加,从而影响旅客乘坐的舒适性。为了改善这种状况,川崎重工业公司开发了一种主动减振和倾斜控制系统。主动减振系统是通过控制安装在车体和转向架之间的液压油缸来减少车体的振动。试验结果表明它能够大幅度地减少振动。倾斜控制系统是当机车车辆在曲线上运行时,通过向空气弹簧中注入空气来使车体向内倾斜,以减少离心力对旅客乘坐舒适性的影响。在新的WIN350型高速列车上装备了这种倾斜系统,试验运行证明了它的优越性。本文分别介绍了主动减振控制系统和倾斜控制系统的原理、方法、结构及试验情况。
As the speed of railway rolling stock increases, the centrifugal force and vibration when passing through the curve also increase, thus affecting the comfort of passenger ride. To improve the situation, Kawasaki Heavy Industries has developed an active damping and tilt control system. Active damping system is by controlling the hydraulic cylinder installed between the body and the bogie to reduce body vibration. Test results show that it can significantly reduce vibration. Tilt control system is when the locomotive vehicle running on the curve, by injecting air into the air spring to tilt the body inward to reduce the impact of centrifugal force on passenger ride comfort. This tilting system is equipped on the new WIN350 high-speed train, which proves its superiority under test operation. This paper introduces the principle, method, structure and test of active vibration control system and tilt control system respectively.
