采用黄嘌呤和黄嘌呤氧化酶反应产生的超氧阴离子自由基与羟胺反应,测定超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力的新方法,对30例正常人和40例乙型肝炎病人血清中总-SOD、Mn-SOD 和 CuZn-SOD 活力进行测定。结果表明:血清中 T-SOD 和 Mn-SOD 正常组与乙肝病人组比较差异性有显著意义(P<0.05)而 CuZn-SOD 活力,急性乙型肝炎患者组著显高于正常对照组(P<0.01).血清 Mn-SOD 活力升高作为乙型肝炎的诊断具有参考价值.
A new method was established to determine the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) by the reaction of superoxide anion radical produced by xanthine and xanthine oxidase with hydroxylamine. The serum total superoxide dismutase (SOD) in 30 normal subjects and 40 hepatitis B patients SOD, Mn-SOD and CuZn-SOD activity were measured. The results showed that there was significant difference between the normal group of T-SOD and Mn-SOD in serum and hepatitis B patients (P <0.05), while the activity of CuZn-SOD in patients with acute hepatitis B was significantly higher than that of the normal control group <0.01). The increase of serum Mn-SOD activity has reference value for the diagnosis of hepatitis B.
