在合成制备聚维酮碘（ＰＶＰ－Ｉ）的基础上，设计研制了聚维酮碘栓剂，经测定栓剂的溶点、融变时限、变形温度、体外药物溶点度等均符合《中国药典》标准，临床治疗滴虫阴道炎３０例，疗效达１００％。
Povidone-iodine suppository was designed and synthesized on the basis of the synthesis of PVP-I. The suppository’s melting point, melting time, temperature, in vitro drug dissolution point and so on were all consistent with “Chinese Pharmacopoeia ”Standard, clinical treatment of trichomonas vaginitis in 30 cases, the effect of up to 100%.
