在海南岛昌江县收治恶性疟30例,以测定疟原虫对氯喹的敏感性。其中经体内外同时测定的有14例。按体内测定标准发现Ⅲ级抗性者5例,Ⅱ级抗性者1例,Ⅰ级抗性者6例,敏感者1例,另1例属于Ⅰ级抗性或敏感。经同时使用两种测定板观察结果,各剂量组对疟原虫发育的抑制率及对不同抗性病例测得的抗性曲线基本一致。 Thirty cases of falciparum malaria were treated in Changjiang County, Hainan Island to determine the susceptibility of Plasmodium to chloroquine. Among them, 14 cases were determined simultaneously in vivo and in vitro. According to the in vivo determination standard, 5 cases were found to have Grade III resistance, 1 case was Grade II, 6 cases were Grade I, 1 was sensitive and the other 1 was Grade I resistance or susceptible. After using both assay plates simultaneously, the inhibitory rates of Plasmodium development in each dose group and the resistance curves measured in different resistant cases were basically the same.
