在PH8.0~11.3时,稀土与5-Br-PADAP生成1:4的有色配合物。加入非离子型表面活性剂吐温-80时,加快反应速度,提高反应灵敏度和增加生成物的稳定性。在578nm波长处为显色体系的最大吸收峰,在此处摩尔吸光系数达到1.48×10~5L.mol~(-1).cm~(-1).稀土总量在0~50μg/50ml范围内符合比尔定律。方法具有灵敏度高、选择性好,简便、准确和稳定。已成功地应用于测定球墨铸铁、低合金钢、多金属矿石和工业废水中微盆或痕量稀土总量。
At PH8.0 ~ 11.3, rare earth and 5-Br-PADAP produced a 1: 4 colored complex. Adding non-ionic surfactant Tween-80, speed up the reaction rate, improve the reaction sensitivity and increase the stability of the resultant. The maximum absorption peak of the chromogenic system at the wavelength of 578nm, where the molar absorptivity reached 1.48 × 10 ~ 5L.mol -1 (cm -1) .The total amount of rare earth in the range of 0 ~ 50μg / 50ml Be consistent with Bill’s law. The method has high sensitivity, good selectivity, simple, accurate and stable. Has been successfully applied to the determination of ductile iron, low alloy steel, polymetallic ore and industrial wastewater in the basin or trace amounts of rare earths.
