研究由传统焊接-螺栓连接或基于新型黏结方法连接的钢-混凝土组合梁的性能。对5根组合梁进行了试验。接触面的剪切应力分布依赖于几个参数,其中剪切力沿轴线分布。完全黏结可确保钢梁和混凝土板之间剪切力传递的连续性。采用抗剪螺栓连接的混凝土和钢材,很难保证完全连接。在混凝土没有破坏的情况下,两种材料的连接质量主要取决于抗剪螺栓的数量。中性轴的位置变化,取决于外荷载和钢梁的应变状态。黏结的组合梁与机械连接的组合梁,沿纵向和垂直方向的应变分布是不同的。剪力连接所选用的连接方式也影响着接触面滑移的分布。对试验结果进行了分析,并与理论结果进行了对比。
The properties of steel-concrete composite beams joined by conventional welding-bolting or based on a novel bonding method were studied. Five composite beams were tested. The shear stress distribution at the interface depends on several parameters, where shear forces are distributed along the axis. Complete bonding ensures continuity of shear force transfer between steel beam and concrete slab. With shear-bolt concrete and steel, it is difficult to ensure complete connection. In the absence of concrete damage, the quality of the connection between the two materials depends mainly on the number of shear bolts. Neutral axis position changes, depending on the load and the steel beam strain state. Bond the composite beam and the mechanical connection of the composite beam, along the vertical and vertical strain distribution is different. The connection method chosen for shear connection also affects the distribution of contact slip. The test results were analyzed and compared with the theoretical results.
