课本插图作为重要的教学资源,是教材内容的有机组成部分。它不仅为英语语篇阅读教学提供了丰富的课程资源,也拓展了英语教师的教学视野。教学中如果能有效地运用插图,不但能激发学生的阅读兴趣,还能在具体的语篇阅读教学中,帮助学生有效地掌握生词、理解课文、复述文本,有效地提高学生的语言表达能力和跨文化交际能力。课本插图使用时应遵循灵活性原则、创造性原则、交际性原则和广泛性原则,才能有效地达到优化语篇阅读教学的目的。
Textbook illustration as an important teaching resource, is an integral part of the textbook content. It not only provides rich curriculum resources for reading English textbooks, but also expands the teaching perspective of English teachers. If teaching can effectively use illustrations, not only can stimulate students ’interest in reading, but also in the specific text reading teaching, to help students effectively grasp the vocabulary, understanding of the text, repeat the text, effectively improve the students’ language skills and Intercultural communication skills.
