为了了解光动力学治疗与各种化疗药物合用能否产生协同/拮抗效应,为肿瘤临床提供有用资料,本研究以新型光敏剂叶绿素衍生物CPD4和临床常用的各类化疗药为材料,以人直肠腺癌细胞系HR8348细胞为研究对象,用MTT比色法判别光敏化疗协同效应的结果,对光动力学疗法和各类化疗药的协同/拮抗作用进行系统研究。结果表明:顺铂能明显增强CPD4的光敏杀伤效应,阿霉素(或表阿霉素)在某一剂量范围内亦能增强光敏效应,丝裂霉素有明显的光敏化疗拮抗作用,而氟脲嘧啶、长春新碱与CPD4的光敏效应无协同或拮抗作用。
In order to understand whether the combination of photodynamic therapy and various chemotherapeutic agents can produce synergistic/antagonistic effects and provide useful clinical data for tumors, this study used a novel photosensitizer chlorophyll derivative CPD4 and various types of chemotherapy drugs commonly used in clinical medicine as materials, The colorectal adenocarcinoma cell line HR8348 was used as a research object. The results of synergistic effects of photochemotherapy with MTT colorimetry were studied. The synergistic/antagonistic effects of photodynamic therapy and various chemotherapeutic drugs were systematically studied. The results showed that cisplatin can significantly enhance the photosensitive killing effect of CPD4, doxorubicin (or epirubicin) can also enhance the photosensitive effect within a certain dose range, mitomycin has obvious photodynamic chemotherapy antagonistic effect, and fluoride The photosensitizing effects of uracil, vincristine and CPD4 have no synergistic or antagonistic effects.
