通过宏观观察、微观组织与结构表征和化学成分分析,研究了310S不锈钢支撑板的断裂失效行为,分析其失效原因。结果表明,310S不锈钢支撑板断裂失效的根本原因是短时超高温引起的高温氧化腐蚀。
Through the macroscopic observation, microstructure and structure characterization and chemical composition analysis, the fracture failure behavior of 310S stainless steel support plate was studied, and the failure reason was analyzed. The results show that the root cause of fracture failure of 310S stainless steel support plate is high temperature oxidation corrosion caused by short-term ultra-high temperature.
