脂质体是一种新型的药物传输系统。静脉注射未修饰脂质体包裹的药物主要被网状内皮系统(RES)的细胞摄取,可有效治疗与RES有关的疾病,但无特异靶向性。因此研究人员对脂质体进行了必要的修饰,在脂质双层上装上归槽装置或应用物理化学原理使其具有特异靶向性,以此提高其包裹药物的治疗指数和药物疗效,减小药物毒性。文中概述了脂质体药物传输系统的发展与基本特点,主要介绍了脂质体作为抗癌药物载体的研究进展。
Liposomes are a new type of drug delivery system. Intravenous injection of unmodified liposomes is predominantly taken up by cells of the reticuloendothelial system (RES) and is effective in treating RES-related diseases but without specific targeting.
