职业认同作为职业生涯发展领域的重要概念,对个体的职业选择和自我认识有着十分重要的指导价值。自从职业认同的概念提出以来,很多学者对此展开了理论上的探讨和实证研究。本文将从职业认同的概念形成和演变、测量工具的介绍、相关研究的总结和对未来的展望这四个方面对职业认同进行阐述,以期为学者开展相关研究提供借鉴和参考。
As an important concept in career development, occupational identification plays an important guiding role in individual career choice and self-awareness. Since the concept of professional identity was proposed, many scholars have conducted theoretical discussions and empirical studies. This article will elaborate on career identification from the four aspects of the formation and evolution of the concept of professional identity, the introduction of measurement tools, the conclusion of related research and the prospect of the future, in order to provide references for scholars to carry out relevant research.
