目的:探讨高血压脑出血运用微创穿刺引流术治疗的效果。方法:研究我院2014年4月至2015年12月期间收治的80例高血压脑出血患者,分为对照组与观察组各40例,其中对照组采用传统开颅手术,观察组采用微创穿刺引流术,分析两种手术治疗效果差异。结果:在手术时长与手术出血量上,观察组均显著少于对照组,P<0.05;在治疗有效率上,观察组为95%显著高于对照组77.5%,P<0.05;术后并发症发生率上,观察组12.5%显著低于对照组37.5%,P<0.05。结论:高血压脑出血通过微创穿刺引流术治疗可以有效的提升治疗疗效,减少术后并发症,降低手术损伤。
Objective: To investigate the effect of minimally invasive puncture and drainage on hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods: 80 cases of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage admitted from April 2014 to December 2015 in our hospital were divided into control group and observation group, 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated by conventional craniotomy while the observation group was treated with minimally invasive Puncture and drainage, analysis of the difference between the two surgical treatment. Results: The duration of operation and surgical bleeding, the observation group were significantly less than the control group, P <0.05; in the treatment efficiency, the observation group was 95% significantly higher than the control group 77.5%, P <0.05; postoperative complications The incidence of disease, 12.5% in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group 37.5%, P <0.05. Conclusion: Hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage through minimally invasive puncture drainage can effectively improve the therapeutic efficacy, reduce postoperative complications and reduce the surgical injury.
