为改变目前轮对检测的落后现状,及时准确掌握轮对运行状况,研制开发了一套轮对踏面非接触自动检测系统,提出了一种自动检测铁路机车轮对踏面磨损的新方法。该方法用激光位移传感器获得机车轮对踏面数据,然后运用Labview语言编制分析软件,建立轮对踏面二维图像,并与标准图像对比,求出踏面磨耗值。检测结果表明,分析结果完全符合最终检测精度(<0.01 mm),这种分析方法简洁合理。
In order to change the status quo of the backward detection of the wheelset and grasp the status of the wheelset in time, a set of non-contact automatic test system of wheelset tread was developed and a new method to automatically detect the tread wear of the railway locomotive wheel was proposed. The method uses laser displacement sensor to obtain locomotive wheelset tread data, and then uses Labview language to compile analysis software to establish two-dimensional image of wheel tread and compare with the standard image to obtain tread wear value. The test results show that the analysis results are in full compliance with the final detection accuracy (<0.01 mm), this analysis method is concise and reasonable.
