目的了解青海省所辖8个州(地、市)从事结核病防治系统网络录入人力资源的现状,为提高青海省结核病防治网络录入工作的质量、提高网络录入工作的及时性提供参考。方法运用“结核病管理信息系统”中结核病人员学历、职称情况对青海省结核病防治工作中从事网络录入各工作的医务人员进行人力资源调查,并运用EXCEL软件进行有效的统计分析。结果青海省各级疾控机构网络录入人员共有62人,省级疾病预防控制机构网络录入人员2人、州市级疾病预防控制中心网络录入人员共有9人、县一级疾病预防控制中心网络录入人员共51人,其中初级职称和中高级职称人员数相当,各占50%;人员学历分为大专和本科,大专占70.97%、本科占29.03%;年龄大部分集中在25~35岁之间。结论青海省结防系统人员结构和素质仍需进一步提升,特别是在关心结防人员身体健康、保障工作人员权益、提高工作积极性和职业荣誉感等方面应加以改进。
Objective To understand the status quo of human resources input in the tuberculosis control system network in 8 states (prefectures and cities) under the jurisdiction of Qinghai Province, and to provide reference for improving the quality of network entry in TB control network in Qinghai Province and improving the timeliness of network entry. Methods To use the information about the academic record and title of tuberculosis patients in “Tuberculosis Management Information System” to conduct a survey of medical staff engaged in network entry work in the prevention and treatment of tuberculosis in Qinghai Province and carry out effective statistical analysis using EXCEL software. Results There were 62 network entry personnel of CDC at all levels in Qinghai Province, 2 network entry staff at provincial CDC network, 9 network entry staff at CDC CDC, and the network of CDC CDC A total of 51 staff, including junior and senior titles in the number of staff, each accounting for 50%; staff qualifications divided into college and undergraduate, college accounted for 70.97%, undergraduate accounting for 29.03%; most of the age concentrated in the 25 to 35 years old . Conclusion The structure and quality of personnel in the anti-tuberculosis system in Qinghai still need to be further improved. In particular, care should be taken to improve the health and safety of staff and workers, to protect the rights and interests of staff, to enhance their enthusiasm for work and professional honor.
