目的:初步探讨在特高海拔现场就地高压氧(HBO)治疗急性轻症高原病(Acute mild al-titude disease,AMAD)的适宜治疗压力。方法:对比在4600m高原现场采用相对较高。较低两种不同HBO治疗压力治疗AMAD,在3小时后观察病情“反跳”情况。结果:较高压力101kPa~120kPa(758~900)mmHg治疗组近期反跳情况较低压力80kPa~100kPa(600~750mmHg)组明显。结论:在海拔4600m高原现场应用HBO就地治疗AMAD压力不宜过高,否则易引起反跳。
Objective: To investigate the appropriate treatment pressure of acute hyperbaric oxygenation (HBO) in acute high altitude acute disease (AMAD) at the high altitude. Method: The contrast was relatively high at 4600m plateau site. Lower two different HBO treatment pressure treatment of AMAD, observed in 3 hours after the condition “rebound ” situation. Results: In the group of high pressure 101kPa ~ 120kPa (758 ~ 900) mmHg, the anti-jump condition of the lower pressure group was obviously lower at 80kPa ~ 100kPa (600 ~ 750mmHg). Conclusion: In situ treatment of AMAD with HBO at an altitude of 4600m plateau should not be too high. Otherwise, it may easily cause rebound.
