目的:探讨白羽连玉合剂对实验性糖尿病的治疗作用。方法:采用静脉注射链脲佐菌素诱导小鼠糖尿病模型,将成模小鼠随机分成模型组,降糖灵组,白羽连玉合剂高、中、低剂量组。白羽连玉合剂每天按6.0,3.0,1.5 g.kg-1灌胃给药。观察白羽连玉合剂对小鼠血糖、糖耐量和抗氧化活性的影响。结果:与模型组比较,白羽连玉合剂组空腹血糖显著降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),糖耐量显著提高(P<0.05,P<0.01)。肝组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性明显升高(P<0.01),丙二醛(MDA)含量降低(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:白羽连玉合剂对实验性糖尿病具有降低血糖、提高糖耐量,改善氧自由基代谢紊乱的作用。
Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of Baiyu Liangyu Mixture on experimental diabetes mellitus. Methods: Diabetic mice were induced by intravenous injection of streptozotocin. The model mice were randomly divided into model group, hypoglycemic group, Bai Yu Lian Yu Mixture high, medium and low dose groups. White Yu Lian Yu mixture daily 6.0, 3.0, 1.5 g.kg-1 gavage. To observe the effect of Bai Yu Lian Yu mixture on blood glucose, glucose tolerance and antioxidant activity in mice. Results: Compared with the model group, the fasting blood glucose of the Baiyu Liangyu Mixture group was significantly lower (P <0.05, P <0.01), and the glucose tolerance was significantly increased (P <0.05, P <0.01). The activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) in liver tissue were significantly increased (P <0.01) and MDA content was decreased (P <0.05, P <0.01) ). Conclusion: Baiyu Liangyu Mixture can reduce blood glucose, improve glucose tolerance and improve metabolism disorder of oxygen free radicals in experimental diabetes mellitus.
