N-乙酰-β-D-葡糖胺酶(N-acetyl-β-D-glucosaminidase,NAG)是来源于糖蛋白的高分子物质(分子量112,000~126,000)。存在于肾小管上皮细胞溶酶化,为糖原分解酶之一。肾脏损伤时尿NAG排泄量增加。作者用NAG试验盒(盐野议制药)测定了210例正常孕妇和78例妊娠中毒症孕妇(轻型73例,重症5例)尿NAG。其方法为把人工基质甲酚硫邻苯二甲酰-H-乙酰-β-D-葡糖胺酶(m-cresol-sulfo-phtalenyl-N-acetyl-β-D-glucosaminidase,MCP-NAG)溶解于pH4.9.0.05M枸椽酸缓冲
N-acetyl-β-D-glucosaminidase (NAG) is a glycoprotein derived polymer (molecular weight of 112,000 to 126,000). Presence in renal tubular epithelial lysolization, one of the glycogenolytic enzymes. Increased urinary NAG excretion during kidney injury.
