随着医疗投诉的不断增加，医患纠纷解决机制问题越来越引起社会各界的重视。《医患纠纷解决机制的公正化与公开化》一文是本刊记者与中国社科院法学所刘俊海博士的一次访谈，刘博士对这一问题提出了建设性意见。
With the continuous increase in medical complaints, the issue of doctor-patient dispute resolution mechanisms has increasingly attracted the attention of all sectors of society. The article “Fairness and Openness in the Dispute Resolution Mechanism for Doctors and Patients” was an interview between the reporter of the journal and Dr. Liu Junhai of the Law Institute of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. Dr. Liu put forward constructive opinions on this issue.
