针对非均质性稠油油藏 ,建立了二层地质模型。利用该模型研究了单井分层配汽问题。对管流、嘴流、渗流的协调计算及蒸汽流过节流喷嘴的临界流动特性进行了研究。结果表明 ,采用分层配汽工艺可得到合理的注汽剖面 ,实现了单井分层配汽 ,节约了作业费用。对配汽量、注汽速率及喷嘴结构的选择等问题进行了分析 ,并在现场进行了实际应用 ,效果较好。
For heterogeneous heavy oil reservoirs, a two-layer geological model is established. This model is used to study the single-well stratified distribution of steam. The coordination calculation of pipe flow, nozzle flow and seepage flow and the critical flow characteristics of steam flowing through throttling nozzle were studied. The results show that reasonable stratification of steam injection profile can be obtained by stratified steam distribution technology, and single-layer stratified distribution of steam can be realized, saving operating costs. The problems such as the amount of steam, the rate of steam injection and the choice of nozzle structure were analyzed and the practical application was carried out in the field with good effect.
