为了给中国西南地区小麦新品种选育以及杂种优势研究提供依据,采用微卫星分子标记(SSR)对2005~2006年西南地区参加国家小麦区试及预试的33个小麦品种(系)进行了遗传多样性分析,筛选出24对扩增谱带稳定的引物,共检测到126个等位基因变异,每对引物检测等位基因3~11个,平均5.25个。33个品种(系)之间的遗传相似系数为0.373~0.794,平均为0.597。品种间遗传相似系数变幅较大,表明西南麦区小麦品种(系)间存在着不同程度的遗传多样性差异。用UPGMA法可将33个品种(系)分为6个类群,聚类结果在一定程度上反映了它们之间的亲缘关系。
In order to provide the basis for the breeding of new wheat varieties and their heterosis in Southwest China, microsatellite markers (SSR) were applied to 33 wheat cultivars (lines) that participated in the national wheat precincts and pre-test from 2005 to 2006 in Southwest China A total of 24 pairs of primers with stable amplification bands were screened, of which 126 alleles were detected. The average number of alleles detected per primer pair was 3 to 11 with an average of 5.25. The genetic similarity coefficients of 33 cultivars (lines) ranged from 0.373 to 0.794 with an average of 0.597. The genetic similarity coefficient of cultivars varied greatly, indicating that there were different degrees of genetic diversity among wheat cultivars (lines) in the southwest wheat area. By UPGMA method, 33 varieties (lines) can be divided into 6 groups, and the clustering results reflect the genetic relationship to some extent.
