钢制件表面或近表面如有缺陷,在磁粉探伤时就会有磁粉堆积。不同性质的缺陷,其磁粉堆积的形貌也不同。在分析磁痕图象时,应对被检件的钢种、生产制造工艺有较系统的了解,这样,就容易对缺陷的性质及其成因作出正确的判断。例如渗碳、淬火并磨光的渗碳结构钢零件,在磁粉探伤中不仅会遇到淬火裂纹、磨削裂纹。也可能遇到与该两种裂纹形貌相似的渗碳裂纹(图1)。
Steel parts on the surface or near surface defects, magnetic particle inspection will have a magnetic powder accumulation. Different nature of the defects, the shape of the magnetic particle deposition is also different. In the analysis of magnetic marks images, the steel should be seized pieces of the manufacturing process have a more systematic understanding, so that it is easy to determine the nature of defects and their causes make the right judgments. For example carburizing, quenching and polishing of carburized structural steel parts, magnetic particle inspection will not only encounter quenching cracks, grinding cracks. Carburizing cracks similar to the two crack shapes may also be encountered (Figure 1).
