企业的发民离不开人力资源的支持,拥有人才的优势是企业生存和发展的关键。私营企业作为我国市场经济的重要组成部分,在人才资源方面的劣势显得非常突出。企业虽用高薪和其他丰厚的条件来吸引人才,却不能在较长时间里留住人才。私营企业应根据自身的发展和外部环境的变化,采取合适的激励措施,吸引人、培养人才、留住人才、用好人才。
The development of enterprises can not be separated from the human resources support, with the talent advantage is the key to the survival and development of enterprises. As an important part of China’s market economy, the private-owned enterprises appear to have prominent disadvantages in human resources. Although enterprises attract talents with high salaries and other rich conditions, they can not retain their talents for a long time. Private enterprises should adopt appropriate incentives based on their own development and changes in the external environment to attract, develop, retain and make the best use of qualified personnel.
