用流化床传热技术 ,研究惰性固体颗粒清除和防止铝土矿熟料溶出液脱硅过程中的硅渣结垢。硅渣结垢机理为结晶结垢和微颗粒沉积结垢混合机理。研究表明 ,有机聚合物固体颗粒能有效抑制硅渣垢层的生长 ,但不能完全清除已有的硅渣结垢 ;无机和复合材质的固体颗粒不仅能完全控制垢层的生长 ,而且能完全清除已有的硅渣垢层 ;无机非金属惰性固体颗粒的防垢除垢效果最好 ;惰性固体颗粒的引入不改变硅渣结垢机理
Fluidized bed heat transfer technology was used to study the removal of inert solid particles and the prevention of fouling of the silicon slag during the desilication of bauxite clinker eluate. Silica scaling mechanism for the crystallization of fouling and micro-particle deposition fouling mixing mechanism. The results show that the organic polymer solid particles can effectively inhibit the growth of silicon slag layer, but can not completely remove the existing silicon slag scaling; inorganic and composite solid particles can not only completely control the growth of scale layer, and can be completely removed The existing silicon slag scale; inorganic non-metallic inert solid particles of the best anti-scaling effect; the introduction of inert solid particles do not change the scaling mechanism of silicon slag
