结合MOSAR危险源辨识方法和FMEA风险评价方法对高压富氧燃烧工艺进行了火灾爆炸危险性分析。辨识出危险源,总结出火灾、爆炸、中毒、工伤四种事故场景。并对系统进行功能分解,采用FMEA方法进行危险性分析。根据分析结果对危险源进行排序,提出了改进措施。
Combined with MOSAR hazard identification method and FMEA risk assessment method, the fire explosion risk analysis of high pressure oxyfuel combustion process was carried out. Identify the source of danger, summed up the fire, explosion, poisoning, industrial injury four accident scene. The function of the system is decomposed and the risk analysis is carried out by FMEA method. According to the analysis results to sort dangerous sources, put forward the improvement measures.
