目的评价某烤瓷牙制作项目存在的职业病危害种类和控制效果。方法对该烤瓷牙制作项目生产车间进行现场职业卫生学调查,对主要职业病危害因素进行检测,结合相应的职业卫生工程防护措施进行评价,对接触职业病危害因素人员的职业健康监护情况进行检查。结果该项目总体布局、职业病危害防护设施、卫生辅助用室等均符合国家相关要求;存在或产生的主要职业病危害因素为噪声、粉尘、金属毒物,其中粉尘、毒物空气浓度符合国家卫生标准,噪声合格率89.7%;个人防护用品发放和职业卫生管理制度还存在不完善的地方。结论该项目职业病危害控制效果基本符合职业卫生相关要求,职业病危害因素的防护措施可行、有效。
Objective To evaluate the occupational hazards and control effects of a porcelain tooth making project. Methods On-site occupational hygiene investigation was conducted on the production workshop of this porcelain tooth production project. The main occupational hazards were tested, and the corresponding occupational health protection measures were used to evaluate the occupational health monitoring of occupational hazards workers. Results The overall layout of the project, occupational hazards protection facilities and health aids rooms all met the relevant national requirements. The main occupational hazards that existed or were caused were noise, dust and metal poison, in which the air and dust concentrations of dust and poisons conformed to the national health standards and the noise Pass rate of 89.7%; personal protective equipment distribution and occupational health management system there are still imperfections. Conclusion The control effect of occupational hazards in this project basically meets the requirements of occupational health. The protective measures of occupational hazards are feasible and effective.
