目的 :应用双波长比值光谱法测定盐酸普鲁卡因注射液含量 ,消除盐酸普鲁卡因降解产物对氨基苯甲酸的干扰。方法 :根据盐酸普鲁卡因和对氨基苯甲酸的比值光谱特征 ,选择 2 2 6nm和 2 46nm作为测定波长。结果 :盐酸普鲁卡因在 5~ 30μg·ml-1,对氨基苯甲酸在 0 .2 5~ 16 μg·ml-1浓度范围内线性关系良好 ,样品测定结果与药典方法一致 (P >0 .0 5 )。本法也可对对氨基苯甲酸进行定量。结论 :本法操作简便 ,灵敏度高 ,重现性好 ,样品测定结果准确。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the content of procaine hydrochloride injection by dual-wavelength ratio spectrometry and to eliminate the interference of procaine hydrochloride degradation product with aminobenzoic acid. Methods: According to the spectral characteristics of procaine hydrochloride and p-aminobenzoic acid ratio, 226nm and 246nm were selected as the determination wavelength. Results: The linearity of p-aminobenzoic acid was in the range of 0.52 to 16 μg · ml-1 at a concentration of 5 ~ 30μg · ml-1 for procaine hydrochloride, and the results were in good agreement with the pharmacopoeial methods (P> 0 .0 5). This method also quantifies p-aminobenzoic acid. Conclusion: This method is simple, sensitive, reproducible, and accurate.
