本文采用了文献资料法,逻辑分析法,对体操专项身体素质进行了研究得出了如下结论,体操训练中由于运动员的力量素质不同,关节的灵活性和柔韧性的不同,速度素质的不同,耐力素质的不同,协调能力的不同,教练员在训练中的训练手段和训练方法也不同。应根据个人情况,因人而异,灵活运用。体操中专项身体素质的提高对运动员的运动能力和运动水平有着直接的影响和作用。
