目的采用条码扫描软件对血液成分制备各步骤的血袋条码标识进行监控,检查血液成分制备过程中血液条码标识的一致性,以保证血液在制备过程中血液标识同源及可追溯。方法2011年1月1日~2012年8月24日,采用条码扫描软件监控制备的各种血液成分100782人份进行分析。结果1)制备悬浮红细胞和血浆时监控发现,全血母袋与子袋上的条码不一致2次。2)制备病毒灭活血浆时监控发现,血浆原袋与病毒灭活血浆储存袋上的条码不一致1次。结论采用条码扫描软件监控血液成分制备过程,不但能够及时发现标识错误,而且检查效率及准确性也比肉眼判读大幅提高,
OBJECTIVE: Barcode scanning software was used to monitor the blood bag barcode labels of each step of blood component preparation to check the consistency of blood barcode labels during the preparation of blood components to ensure the homology and traceability of blood during blood preparation. Methods From January 1, 2011 to August 24, 2012, 100,782 blood samples were prepared and analyzed by barcode scanning software. Results 1) Preparation of suspended erythrocytes and plasma monitoring found that the whole blood bag and child bag on the bar code inconsistent 2 times. 2) Preparation of virus inactivated plasma monitoring found that the original plasma bag and virus inactivated plasma storage bag on the bar code is inconsistent 1 times. Conclusion Using barcode scanning software to monitor the blood component preparation process can not only find the wrong identification in time, but also improve the efficiency and accuracy of examination more than the naked eye,
