《公文写作》课程教学内容法规化、程式化,教学目的指向实践性、应用性,使教学过程枯燥、深奥,缺乏趣味性。采用情境教学法,设置多种秘书工作情境是改善目前教学普遍现状的有效方式。设置有效的秘书工作情境应以模拟训练手册为情境贯通点、以角色扮演为情境出发点、以案例教学为情境归结点、以模拟“申论”考试为情境延伸点、以见习和专业活动为情境应用点,综合打造立体化动态课堂教学。
The teaching content of “Official Document Writing” is regulated by law, stylized and teaching purpose points to practicality and applicability, making the teaching process boring, esoteric and lacking in interestingness. The use of situational teaching method, setting a variety of secretarial situations is an effective way to improve the current status quo of teaching. Set effective secretary work environment should be simulated training manual for the situation through the point, the role playing starting point for the situation, case teaching as the context to point to simulate the “Shen” test for the situation extension point to trainee and professional activities for Situational application of point, integrated to create three-dimensional dynamic classroom teaching.
