目的调查蓝田县居民食盐中的碘含量及分布。方法 2012年4月按监测要求在全县5个镇各随机抽取60户,共300户居民家用食盐,依据GB/T 13025.7-1999中直接滴定法进行检测。结果 300份样品中合格碘盐299份,合格率和合格碘盐食用率都为99.7%,不合格碘盐占0.3%。未发现非碘盐和碘含量>50mg/kg的碘盐。结论检测结果高于国标,蓝田县居民食用碘盐的质量稳定,应继续加强碘缺乏病的健康教育,巩固防治成果。
Objective To investigate the iodine content and distribution in salt of Lantian residents. Methods In April 2012, 60 households were randomly selected from 5 towns in the county according to the monitoring requirements. A total of 300 households’ household salt was tested according to the direct titration method in GB / T 13025.7-1999. Results 300 samples of qualified iodized salt 299, pass rate and eligible iodine salt consumption rate was 99.7%, 0.3% of unqualified iodized salt. No iodine salt and iodine salt> 50 mg / kg were found. Conclusion The test results are higher than the national standard. The quality of iodized salt consumed by residents in Lantian County is stable. Health education on iodine deficiency disorders should be strengthened to consolidate the prevention and treatment results.
