石油部第四工程公司施工的天津石油化纤厂通风、保温工程量很大,达20多万米~2(其中铝皮6万米~2、铁皮14万米~2),而且质量要求高,工艺、结构复杂情况是以往少见的。他们经过反复实践,吸收国外先进经验,抓了施工工艺改进及加深机械化予制两个环节,并推广了空间立体图交底新方法,变被动为主动,加快了工程建设速度。在保温施工工艺方面有以下改进:1.改弯头下料正开口的习惯做法为旁开口连接。仅此一项可节省工时20%、省料10%。
