This article discusses the preparation method of the sample in the furnace for photoelectric spectrum analysis and how to use the photoelectric spectrometer to independently monitor and analyze the carbon, sulfur and phosphorus in the smelting process of the steel. In the alloy than <10.00% of the steel smelting process monitoring and analysis, the application is satisfactory.
